Hit another Karate workout tonight and made some decent choices regarding eating.
5:30 a.m.
Shredded Wheat, 2 biscuits -
1.5 cups milk -
1 scoop protein powder -
1 banana -
1 pc toast -
1/2 tbsp Healthy Choice butter -
09:45 a.m.

12 noon
banana -
2 p.m. - sandwich, salad & celery
3 meat (lean meat) sandwich from Cooks on Call consisting of
2 pc wheat bread
2 slices provelone cheese -
thin sliced turkey -
thin sliced ham -
thin sliced roast beef -
mayo -
mustard -
garden salad -
12 pieces celery (~4" each) -
3 small containers of ranch dressing -
5:15 p.m. - protein shake
1 cup milk -
1 scoop protein powder -
1 banana -
2 large strawberries -
as of 5:15 p.m. only 12 cigarettes smoked for the day
7:30 - 8:00 p.m. Shorin-Ryu Karate
first 45 minutes, warm-ups & techniques including non-stop front kicks and middle punches of 230 repetitions each.
Practiced first three Kata's - Fukyugata Ich, Fukyugata Ni and Pinan Shodan.
9:15 p.m. Protein Shake
