quick blog since I'm getting up early to drive a couple hours to my 1/2 marathon tomorrow morning. I'm still wobbling a little when I walk but I'll ice my hip again tonight while I sleep.
I like the idea of completing three half marathons in the
same month but, I would also like to avoid any injury serious enough to sidetrack my training. I'll just have to take it one step at a time and see what happens.
