Lifting was decent today. I snuck in a workout during my lunch break at work. I think the eating went pretty well today. I brought in a bag of groceries including a few cans of soup, saltines and a box of instant oatmeal (regular flavor) to work with me so I won't have to scrounge around for candy. I also bought some sugar free instant oatmeal at the store last night.

I noticed something interesting tonight that's happened at least once before this month. I actually went to karate without taking any cigarettes along. I know I've done this at least twice. Traditionally speaking, It's exceptionally rare that I ever go anywhere without my cigarettes. I think it's a good sign.

Also ...it looks like this is my 100th post on GHF ...and it only took me a mere 1 year and 34 weeks!

meditation was strong tonight and very focused
after warm ups we worked on katas - Pinan Shodan, Pinan Nidan, Pinan Sandan, Pinan Yondan and Naihanchi Shodan. Class ended w/ 50 sit ups, leg raises and push-ups.
Sensei reminded us that it should be a great day tomorrow. It's Wednesday, September 26th, 2007 and as far as he knew, it was the only one we'll ever have.
