somber day overall - snuck in a quick 30 minute workout during lunch ...first of the week. If anyone subscribes to Runners World, chcck out page 30 of the November issue - fascinating lady by the name of Heather in an ad for Garmin. She's from Lee's Summit, MO and has cranked out 3 full triathlons in the last 13 months. I'd made contact w/ her through a mutual myspace friend and saw the Garmin preview in her photo albumn w/ the comment that it would be out in November ...kind of neat to finally see it.

Lifting
Bench Press 135x20, 225x12, 315x8
Incline Press 135x12, 225x12, 225x12
Decline Seated Row 255x12, 310x10, 310x10
Pulldowns 185x12, 210x10, 210x10

not a huge workout but hopefully, enough to let my muscles know i haven't forgot about them. Mainly, my mind is focused on recovery and hoping my right hip is pain-free by Oct 20th. ...that's on my mind a lot as is the full marathon planned for Jan 13th, 2008.
