I went to the gym during my lunch hour yesterday for a light workout. At this point, I'm just trying not to break anything. :)

I've got another 1/2 marathon I've signed up for this coming Sunday in St Louis and another one three weeks later in Vegas. I've never been to Las Vegas before so I'd really hate to miss that one. I've upped my chiropractic appointments to 3-4 times per week and will work to get in at least an hour of walking/jogging in before this Sunday to gauge how I feel and help determine whether hitting the 13.1 miles this Sunday would be a prudent move or not.
I think I'll try to start tracking my breakfast again since that's a habit I need to get back into.
