I've been listening to the mp3 series that Chad did with Dr. Frank Smoot and I'm feeling very re-motivated!! (They are available FREE on the site).
It is SO true that what you believe has SUCH an effect on how things will go for you. I like this example that was used: Two identical women both gain 15 pounds - one thinks that she is fat and is down on herself for gaining the xtra weight. The other woman thinks of it as "accidentally gaining 15 pounds" but still "sees" herself in her mind as the weight she started with. The second woman will have a MUCH easier time shedding the pounds.
And for the most part I think it's true that deep down we all know what we should and should not eat and how much and if we just "went with it" we'd be much better off :)
