I've been seeing my chiropractor daily and getting closer to walking without pain in my lower back. I now have a stability ball at work which I use as my main chair at my desk for a couple of hours each day which also seems to be helping by strengthening my core muscles and have been developing a strong eating routine in the mornings with a simple breakfast at 4 a.m. along with another small breakfast around 7 a.m.
For supplements I'm taking two packs a day of some daily multipack vitamins I have on hand. So far, so good. :)
