I saw my chiropractor again tonight and she gave me the go-ahead to do up to 10 minutes a day on the elliptical machine at level 0 or 1 and a kind of exercise where I lay on my back and simply lift at the hips. In her estimation the muscles in my core area aren't all firing together properly. So, I did my 10 minutes tonight on the elliptical and the prescribed back exercise.
There's only 194 days until the Pikes Peak Ascent so I'm hoping I can get back into the swing of things quickly. I don't have much planned in the interim except for a run in Indianapolis in May and maybe the St. Louis half marathon in April.
