OK I was so off today as far as what I was supposed to eat. I went out for the day, kinda made a good choice for lunch, lost track of time and missed my 3rd meal, and ate too much for dinner and didn't want anything for the 5th meal. Plus didn't get my exercise in but I will tomorrow. I can't beat myself up over it though.
I did got to a health and beauty expo today put on by Rite Aid. It was great. LOTS of free stuff, and there were some cool people there, Billy Blanks, Denise Austin, Allison Sweeney and more.
I had a health screening, Blood Pressure was good, Sugar was good, HDL was a little high, but I'm not worried because I just came off a high protien diet, and my HDL is low, but I'm taking fish oil and exercising
