I had a light full body workout late Friday night but having been away from the weights for so long it's left me rather sore which I kind of like. :)
My elliptical trainer at home is replacing the walking trail from work and I'll having to grocery shop a little more w/o a cafeteria to rely on.
From Friday night
Bench 3 sets 15 reps w/ 135
Military Machine 3 sets 12 reps w/ 70
Pulldowns 3 sets 10-12 reps w/ 100
Barbell Curls 2 sets 8 reps w/ 70 lbs
Leg Press Machine 2 sets 12-15 reps w/ 130
Hanging knee ups BW for 2 sets of 8 reps
Calf Press 2 sets 15 reps w/ 190
