Last week I moved out my couch and coffee table from my living room to convert it to a bit of a mini gym consisting of an elliptical machine, adjustable bench and six dumbells.

Over the weekend I did a simple rotation of studying for an hour at a time followed by a short break of cleaning and one exercise set.
I used light dumbbells with high reps, maybe good for increasing mental capacity for fitness, getting some blood flow and relearning the exercise movements.

Incline DB Press - 20lbs for 20 reps
overhead DB Press - 20lbs for 20 reps
DB Bench - 20lbs for 20 reps
DB Tri Ext - 25lbs for 20 reps
DB Curls - 20lbs for 20 reps
DB Shrugs - 20lbs for 20 reps
1 arm DB Rows - 25lbs for 20 reps
DB Squats - 20lbs for 20 reps
Side DB Laterals - 15lbs for 20 reps
Upright DB Rows - 20lbs for 20 reps
Reverse DB Curls - 20lbs for 25 reps
