So, today I recieved my exercise plan! Super excited! However, I think I did the wrong phase. I think I'm a little lost in that department. But, I realized that after. I'll have to email Julia about that.

Here's how my day went(as far as food):
For breakfast, I had a bowl of Shredded Wheat (3 biscuits) with a cup and a half of 2% milk.
For a snack, I had a medium sized banana.
Lunch, I had a fresh peppered turkey (from the deli) sandwich with pepper jack cheese (also sliced at the deli) with only mustard and two slices of whole wheat grain & nut bread.
Snack 2, I had another banana.
For dinner, I had another sandwich exactly that same. (I was pressed for time and that's all I had)
Snack 3, I at about 18 baby carrots. I dipped a couple in this ranch sauce but, I found I didn't like it much and ate the carrots plain.
I drank about 64 oz. of water throughout the day.

As far as exercise:
I was busy all day, came home tired, but was so excited when I received my workout plan, that I just had to put the tiredness aside and get to it!

I did strength training(3 days a week), phase one, week one, workout one. It went well, but after reading Julia's email again, I think I was supposed to do week three. Hmm?

I also went on a 30min walk/briskly walking/jogging/running arounf my neighborhood, I would've went longer but I was getting eating by misquitos!! So, I went home and finished the 20min on my treadmill. Combined time/distance was 50min/3.5 miles.

I know it's late now, but I was at the hospital all day interning. I have another long, early day tomorrow, too. Crazy hours!

I have a question: I'll be working in a hospital soon, and I'm not sure I'll get breaks and lunches evenly spead apart like a "normal" job and "normal" eating times. I can't exactly carry carrots in my pocket either, I'll be in the ER, and that just spells contamination. So, any ideas on what to do...?
