Doc had wanted me to do something to break into that c25k program and I was stumped because that program seemed about as easy as it gets but, I've been getting in around 20 minutes each day on the Wii working mainly balance, aerobic and yoga exercises and I'll be letting that serve as the break-in she was talking about. Cardiovascularly speaking, I'm still getting my highest heart rate from the light workouts with my dad due to the overall speed of the workouts and still seeing some musculature improvement.
Eating is getting better all the time and I'm getting used to not relying on a work cafeteria for my breakfast & lunches. Right now, breakfast is either an egg-beaters, vegetable, milk juice combo or cereal, banana, milk, juice combo with a little bit of soy protein. If I'm pressed for time, and this doesn't happen too often then I will break out the convenience food of two pop-tarts with a tall glass of milk. I figure that's still better than missing the most important meal of the day :)
