I have no idea why but I am totally achy today. My back and chest are killing me. I can barely move. I did my chest workout yesterday which has something to do with it, but I've been doing a variety of chest exercises for years now so this type of ache is unexpected. Maybe I didn't stretch long enough. I don't think it helps that I've been feeling a little under the weather today too.

My I did 20 minutes kickboxing this morning and I'm taking a spin class after work.

Meal 1: oatmeal and a whey protein shake (this time with strawberries)
Meal 2: an apple with a tablespoon on peanut butter
Meal 3: a turkey sandwich and an orange
Meal 4: a hard boiled egg, celery and carrots
Meal 5: a veggie burger on 2 portobello caps (a great substitute for a bun or bread) and a edamame salad.

Tomorrow is my first high-carb day. I don't have tons of time to cook in the morning so I suspect I'll be having cereal with a protein shake.
