I had another light workout with my Dad on Monday and hit the Wii for 34 minutes today (Tuesday). I actually broke a pretty good sweat on the Wii today and had a lot of focus on the recommended yoga and strength exercises w/ the advanced step aerobics at the beginning and end of the workout along w/ some hoola hoop (6 min) and the downhill skiing balance game.

I don't remember everything I ate but had the egg beaters w/ ...hmmmm, i think it was turkey bacon(?) only 20 calories a slice w/ 5 grams of protein which I thought was pretty good. The fruits I've been eating lately are fresh cut cantelope, watermelon, pineapple and bananas which tend to get eaten with breakfast and again as a dessert w/ dinner.
I added a full stalk of celery to my salads and made up three salads in advance in some Rubbermaid containers so they'd be more convenient to eat over the next few days. For me, those salads are my primary source for daily vegetables. (along w/ the egg whites and some milk for protein)

I'll need to start making a concentrated effort on getting in my breakfast. Usually all I'm thinking about in the mornings is whatever I happened to be studying the night before. I'm thinking I might just set out some cereal, banana, bowl and spoon on the kitchen counter before bed and maybe I'll get the hint when I wake up in the morning. :)
