Okay...so from my exhuasted week/weekend, today I woke up late(11am). So, I thought to myself, "I shouldn't eat a 'breakfast' sized meal." So the first meal of the day was Meal 2. I'm not sure if that was a smart thing or if it mattered even.
(I drink water constantly throughout the day, so I get my 640z, at least)
Meal One: 3oz can of tuna fish mixed with mustard, unsalted sunflower seeds and fresh home made salsa (with lots of peppers and veggies). I also ate the tuna with 8 Keebler Club Crakers(2 servings).
Meal Two: 3/4's of a baked potato(with skin) with only fresh home salsa on it.
Snack: I was really starving before dinner was made, so I ate a piece of Deli sliced peppered turkey and a couple walnuts from the tree in my backyard.
Meal Three: Chicken breast with about a serving of broccoli, and 1/2 green bell pepper.
I don't think I ate enough today.
I did my carido. I went jogging and fastly walking for 30min and did a "canyon trail" workout(lots of ups and downs) on the treasmill for 28 min. I was going for 40, but my treadmill shut off for no reason. I was really bummed. Luckily, I did some jogging earlier.
So, my treadmill is broken now. I'll have to take most of my workouts to the gym everyday.
