Okay. I did really good today, in my opinion, haha. I have to feeling that I'm getting the hang of this. Which is an awesome feeling. In the beginning of last week I was so overwhelmed with information and didn't know exactly what to do with it. I was all over the place. I've learned all I could and have been putting it to use. So I hope, anyway.
Here's how today went...
As always, I drink lots of water throughout my day as a beverage.
(I almost had some gatorade, but decided not to because I wasn't sure if I should late in the day, and I wasn't working out longer that 90min...I don't want to mess up my progress)
Meal One:(9:15am) 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal, regular flavor. Nothing added. Also, 3 Organic Eggs(one whole, two whites).
Meal Two:(12:20pm) Half Sandwich(1 slice turkey, 1 slice pepper jack cheese, mustard and whole wheat bread). Also, 4oz grilled Chicken.
(Went to the gym and did my 45min Cardio and lots of stretching)
Meal Three:(3:45pm)3oz can of Tuna Fish(mixed with homemade salsa, little sunflower seeds and mustard), all piled on Wheat Bread, I had tuna left over and finished it with 4 Club Crackers.
Meal Four:(5pm)I got a lil hungry, so I ate 1 piece of chopped Pineapple and some walnuts.
Meal Five:(8:15) 4oz Chicken Breast mixed in with Spinach/Romaine Salad(with raw cucumber, baby carrots, and green beans. I used homemade salsa as dressing).
Snack One:(10pm) 10 baby carrots
Cal: 1193
Fat: 42g
Carbs: 95g
Fibers: 12g
Protien: 113g
***Now, I try and stay at 1600 Calories, but I think I am too cautious about what I'm eating that I fall way under. Like today, I was less that 1200. I'm feeling full at every meal, and never have that "starving" feeling. Any suggestions?
