For some reason today, I didn't feel so hot. But, I stuck it through as much as I could have.

(I didn't eat a lot today, mainly cause I felt like it'd come right back up...ew!)

Meal One: Two Scrambbled Organic Eggs(1 whole, 1 white), with 1 potatoe sliced up and grilled with a pinch of olive oil. I mixed in some home made Salsa with my Potatoes. MMm. I also tried an 8oz glass of this sugar free, calorie free fruit punch. There's absolutely no nutritoin in it(no, there's like, 10mg of potassium) it's weird...I'm a lil' skeptical.

Meal Two: Few pieces of fresh pineapple

Meal Three: Homemade salsa, mixed in with some George Forman grilled lemon pepper Chicken breast(4oz). I ate the salsa with 20 Unsalted Tortilla chips(about 2 servings).

Meal Four:(at this point, I didn't want to eat anything, but I hadn't eaten in like 4-5 hours, so I knew I should get something in there. I had another piece of 4oz Chicken Breast(took me 30min to eat).

Snack Two: 2 tbsp of 100% natural peanut butter.

Fat:40g
Carb:65g
Fiber:8g
Protien:71g(it says i'm supposed to have 50g, i'm guessing it's okay to go over in this area)

I tried to workout but it made things a lil unhappy, I ended up going for a brisk walk around the neighborhood for 20-30min. I plan on doing my Phase 3/2/3 workout tomorrow to compensate, along with 50-60min cardio. I'm assuming I'll be 100% :) Cross your fingers!!
