I went to a nice wedding this evening and after the reception I came home and got 40 minutes in with the Wii. I broke a pretty good sweat tonight. I warmed up with some balance games, then 5 min advanced step aerobics followed by a slew of strength/yoga combo workouts - whatever the Wii recommended I put together is what I did. I concluded w/ six minutes of hoola hoop, another 5 min advanced step and cooled down w/ a balance game.
We had an interesting salad w/ fruit in it at the wedding ...not bad, I might have to expand my salad repertoire.
