I had a late start, but, I felt amazing today!
It's my high carp day today, bring on the fruit, haha.
(Drank a lot of water throughout my day as usual beverage)
Meal One:(11am) Egg & Cheese Sandwich(1 whole, 1 white, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, also had homemade salsa mixed with the eggs and pinch of salt). To drink, I had an 8oz glass of Odwalla Tropical Engery juice.
Workout: Phase 3, Week 2, Workout 3 (to make up for yesterday). Also, I ran 30min on Elliptical, and 20min on Tredmill. Total distance/calories burned/time = 4mi/600cal/50min.
Meal Two:(3:45pm) Sushi with baby shrimp. cucumber, avocado, and the other usuals. Also had half of an Fuji Apple.
Meal Three:(7:30pm)4oz Chicken Breast, Baked potato with homemade Salsa and little bit of unsalted Sunflower Seeds, & Romaine Salad with lots of veggies and salsa juice for dressing and a pinch of sunflower seeds.

I did better today with having more fiber, stayed low in fat, good amount in protien, and was under 1600cal, usually I'm WAY under. But, I do have a question...ON HIGH CARB DAYS, AM I SUPPOSED TO GO OVER THE NORMAL AMOUNT OF CALORIES THAT I'M LIMITING MYSELF. I TRY TO STAY AT 1600(which allows 300g for carbs), SO ON HIGH CARB DAY, SHOULD EVERYTHING BE THE SAME, EXCEPT CARBS?
