I kicked off the morning w/ Cherios, milk & a banana then a Wii warm up of cardio followed by a workout w/ my Dad then 10 minutes on the treadmill. I almost feel funny mentioning my 10 minutes on the treadmill after reading about Maresca's treadmill run of 43 minutes. My times weren't near as fast - the machine worked it's way up to 4 mph at a slight incline and I knew I was starting to push things a bit so I ended at 10 minutes but, it's a start :)

I did follow the workout up with another good breadfast of scrambled egg beaters w/ vegetables, orange juice, milk, whole grain muffin(?) (the things you split w/ a fork) and some fresh pineapple chunks. (cut straight from a pineapple, not from a can or anything)

I also got some new multivitamins from my brother that that are supposed to be extremely absorbable.
