I think yesterday's bio lab exam went well and we had another bio lecture exam tonight - supposed to get them both back tomorrow. The last lab test I got back last night was a nifty 102% :) and I got my final grade in chemistry this morning - it was an A! Yahoo! :D
only 3 more semesters of chem to squeeze in between now and the end of the year :)
i finished tonight's test rather quickly and had an hour to kill so I ran home to get in my Wii time. Everytime the Wii records a weight gain it ask for a reason so I've been a bit more conscious about my eating and am starting to notice that I'm not eating enough throughout the day and and up consuming a substantial amount of calories in the evening.
Today was a fairly good example of that. I started out a bit better than normal and had a protein shake w/ milk and a banana (as opposed to a pop tart) for breakfast but that was around 8:30 and I left for school at 9:30 and didn't return home until after 2 and had a regular type meal around 2:30 then when I ran home for the Wii workout I grabbed two nutrition bars (around 7:30 pm) and ate them on the way back to school so, between 9 p.m. and midnight I'm usually pretty hungry so I'll usually find a few things to eat - I guess I'm a little more conscious of things because the Wii always ask what's up if I have a weight gain.
Actually, over the last two weeks I've been in a fairly tight bodyweight range of 279 - 284 lbs which is less than a 2% weight fluctuation and those Wii measurements are taken at a variety of different times so the fluctuation isn't unexpected.
My parents were kind enough to get me an air conditioning unit for my birthday which I put in my bedroom window yesterday so I got to sleep in a nice cool room last night :)
It must have made a big difference in my sleep because I was out for 9 hours which is much more than normal. :)
