on the upside - I Aced both of the test I took this week - on the downside I'd probably have to give myself a D- or an F for eating today. I kind of slept in a bit again today and didn't get my first meal in until around 2 p.m. then I just slept some more until my evening class and did 31 min of Wii training afterwards. I can't really think of any other meals I had today, just some pretzels after class and a few almonds. I've been in kind of a sleep, study, school, repeat type of mode for the last couple days (w/ some Wii thrown in)
I do have grocery shopping on my agenda for tomorrow so that should help the situation some. It's been a while.
I do like all the graphs available from the Wii Fit program. I've got 20 days in so far w/ the Wii and have noticed improvements. I think the yoga and strength training are having a positive effect on my midsection because I'm starting to notice indentations around the serratus & external obliques :)
