I took yesterday off to let myself recover a bit and worked out this morning and did some light Wii.

Tue AM workout
calf raises bwx20, bwx20
ab lounge crunches bwx25, bwx25
db squats 20x10, 20x10
db lunges 10x10, 10x10
still leg dl w/ db 10x10, 10x10
stability ball crunches bwx15, bwx20
step ups 10 x 10 reps each leg - 2 sets
stability ball push ups BWx20, BWx20

i went through all my pre-made turkey sandwiches as of yesterday morning at 6 a.m. and the day sort of went like last week when my next meal wasn't until 2 p.m. and I did the same thing as last week and treated myself to a chinese buffet.

But, I was thinking/rationalizing that I got some pretty good results from the previous week so if I do just as well this week then I'll be pretty happy :)

(non-the-less, i did procure another loaf of bread (light, wheat) and more turkey ;)
