Nice workout this morning to get the day started and a little Wii afterward. Weight only went up 0.2 lb but that's alright, I can't say I liked eating that late meal last night - just doesn't feel very good the next day. Dad wants to move the Wed workout up to 8 a.m. and that's fine by me.

I'm looking forward to having the extra time three nights a week after my bio class is over this week not to mention the extra time from not studying. It reminds me of a time I was cutting back on expenses to save money - when I cut back my cable to the most basic level, I would make transfer to my savings account on the day I paid my bill in an amount equal the what I was actually saving ...so it would really be saved. I'm thinking of the time "savings" in the same manner.

I don't want to squander the time and would like to have a definite plan in place to do something constructive during the time when I would have been in class. I'm thinking of switching the days to Mon, Thur and Fri and maybe getting in some good long bike rides, maybe time at the gym or getting a some light jogging started.
