some study - found some good chem sites but kind of just frittering time away now ...
the workout today was fun - i'm thinking I need to get doing more exercises on the Wii again - I check in everyday and usually do a little something but it's been a while since I've put a in 30 min or more.
I keep trying to allocate things in my mind - planning when I'll fit everything in. Often I'll try to keep studying when I lay down for bed by continuing to go over equations and formulas. I need to get my next batch of sandwiches and salads made up ...
I could use another bonus workout at the gym this weekend. I'm trying to get in 40 hours of study between Fri and Monday (inclusive) so far so good.
My Dad has really been developing some great form on almost all the exercises. He is uncannily consistent with his training. ...and everything gets put away when we're done working out ...
hmmm, as I cast my gaze around my home and I can tell that definitely isn't the case here
BUT - my garage is rather clean now :)
pondering where I want my workouts to be in the remainder of this year ... I'd like to get a bulk of my workout weights back in the 300 lb range and could probably push harder and be more consistent w/ some sort of cardio - still maintain the Wii but start to engender some more profitable type of cardio - i need to pull karate back into my life
I'd like to bench press 500+ pounds and complete a marathon in the same week -
Instead of equations, I think I'll focus on these things when I retire for the evening (which is almost morning now)
