I just checked in with the Wii today and got in around 1/2 dozen exercises. The current weight range I've been measuring against was 274-279 but, I noticed today that my last 9 weigh-ins have all been under that weight range - all under 274 so I've definitely been transitioning in the right direction.
With the addition of the C25K program I think I'm just going to be looking for the weight numbers to start dipping into the 260's by the end of the month with increasing frequency. It seems reasonable that I could burn off another 2 lbs of fat over the next two weeks and maybe another pound if I'm diligent enough with my training.
I'm only about 30 pounds away from a competition weight class of 242 but....checking the USAPL website it looks like the National Lifetime Drug Free Bench Press Record is 534.50 lbs is in the 220 weight class - I've hit 515 at a bodyweight of 222.
so ....I still need to drop about 50 pounds and be stronger than I've beer been before.
Well, one thing at a time. We'll see how my reps go with 315 this month. I also brought over some slightly heavier dumbbells to my parents house so I can use a little heavier weights tomorrow with the dummbell bench.
UPDATE ...OK, I've figured this out - National Record in the 242 weight class with all three powerlifts is 536.75 for the bench press -
drugfree bench only is 534.5 in the 220 weight class.
