Fri. night and Sat. no exercise beyond house cleaning as I decided to completely redecorate my bedroom, which included moving some of the furniture out of there and rearranging the rest. Also ate 2 (or 3) pieces of pizza and drank alot of rum and cola.
Sun. eating plan was on the detour road again, with corn on the cob (2), homemade bread, and later some tostedoes. BUT I did manage to go to the track and walk 1 1/2 miles and do 2 more hours of house-cleaning, which involved several trips up and down stairs.
Weekends my whole schedule just gets turned upside down. Staying up really late, sleeping late, being with a person that prefers to eat 2 large meals a day and usually being so busy, that 2 meals is all there's time for.
I guess I'm going to have to be pretty much of a stick to the diet, correct eating plan person on M-F, and just know that the whole weekend is a detour - which I choose to make. It may take longer to reshape my body this way, but I'm happy!
