Its been 2 weeks i joined GHF but i have been lazy doing my workouts or tracking my nutrition. Thankfully its starting to change now. For the first time I cooked my own lunch which was way more healthy than what i get in office.

I am also looking forward to go to gym in the evening. Though its been 2 weeks i started on strength training but i am starting from week1 again today.

12 weeks from now I hope i have good results. I really feel like taking control of this part of my life.

I will post what meals i had during the day in the night before going to sleep.

Meals i had

Breakfast : Milk + porridge(oatmeal)
Lunch : Capsicum with potatoes and cup of milk
Snack 1 : Apple
Snack 2 : Protein shake (after workout)
Dinner : Brown Bread with lettuce and ketchup
