Day 2 (Lost 2 pounds since yesterday? Today's weight 169.5 yesterday was 171.5)

Nutrition Facts
Calories 1218; Total Fat 43 (Sat Fat 11); Carbs 102g; Fiber 16g; Protein 118g.

Meals
B - Steel Cut Oatmeal 1/4C; Brown Sugare 1 tsp; Whey Protein EAS 1 scoop; Coffee 2 cups

S1 - Whole Egg 1/2; Egg White 2.5; Bell Peppers 1/4 cup; Light Bread WHOLE WHEAT Arnold's 1 Slice (No High Frustose Corn Syrup and Whole Grain Bread)

L - Salmon marinated in olive oil and seasoning - grilled; Barilla Whole Grain pasta (2oz. dry); Raw Spinach

S2 - 2 Whole Eggs; Cucumber (1 whole) in vinegar; Equal

D - Green Beans' 4oz Ribeye Steak (Lean with only 5 grams of fat)

Water
Drank 10 Cups of Water + 1c used for protein

Workouts
AM - Medium Cardio - Aerobic class on video (5 min WU, 20 min workout, 3 min cooldown)

PM - Intervals HITT - 3 min WU, 9 intervals of 1 min walk/1 min jog and 5 minute brisk walk, 4 min CD. this was outside on a most gorgeous day - loved it!!
