Yesterday, I had my meals planned out well...then dinner hit after kickboxing. It is way too easy to just eat out: childs burger, childs fries and a few fried appetizers (cheese sticks, jalapeno poppers). So total calories were not bad BUT fat was high, carbs were low and protein was just okay. Fiber hasnt been the greatest lately--even with eating more oatmeal for breakfast :(

This week I have brought my lunch and snacks for work! Cottage cheese in the afternoon, yogurt in the morning and my lunches were:
mon: lean cuisine frozen pizza (was in a hurrry)
tue: progresso low sodium chicken and rice
wed: progresso low sodium chicken and rice

I am doing well with breakfast, lunch, and snacks at work. I dont feel as though I am eating enough during the day though. Need to start bringing more veggies to snack on during the day.

Kickboxing was great yesterday--instructor added more jumping jacks and i got to the point where my body didnt even notice i was doing them LOL I think it became numb to the jumping jacks :) At the end of class, she has us do push-ups...I completed 6 modified in a row, rolled over for side plant, did 4 modified, side plank, and then did 4 more modified and side plank again! yeah for me. I have come very far since I first started the class 8wks ago!
