Well, I thought I knew a few things about nutrition. I've been on weight watchers, followed the points system, and have success in it. But, I have been in a 3 month limbo, neither gaining, nor losing. Nothing more frustraiting. That is why I decided to join GHF. Get my system burning fat, and really take a look at the quality of my food intake, and how I can improve that.
I decided to use these first few days to see, while staying within my points, where that leaves me for protien, carbs and fat at the end of the day.
What I found out was a suprise.
protien was hit and miss...
Fat intake was good...
I'm a carb craving machine (completely through the roof).
Goes to show, while the convenience of point counting is there, it doesn't ensure for a good balanced diet.
I shift over to GHF routine tomorrow.
Can't wait to see the results!
