Well, day 2(tues) wasn't too bad (let life wisk me away a bit). I managed to do an hour brisk walking (had an errand to do, so walked instead of taking the car). Meal wise was ok. Still ate my big meal at night and still under what I should be eating.

Day 3 I biked to work, which is about 16miles one way (yay).
In total did about 20miles of biking (factoring in train ride on way home).

Treated myself to a nonfat chai tea, but I'm making myself limit those to 1 per week as a treat. Bad habit for the hips and the pocket book to do every day.

Goals by Monday
-up my water intake per day to 6 glasses (pathetic 3-4cups right now)
-end at least 2 days with light meals.
-get to 55 slow crunches until I need a break (45 right now)
