6 - Carrots and Cottage Cheese (Meal 5 was at 6:30, I'm tired, so I may not eat "6" but in case I do, I'll add it in anyway.)

Quick Story:
This evening I was chopping away makin' up some salsa. When I was at the grocery store I just bought some cilantro, onion and a jalepeno. I thought 'bout getting tomatoes but didn't since I knew I had a bunch at home. Well, I come home to find my brother juiced all the ripe ones. So, I had to walk my toosh down to the garden and pick about thirty cherry tomatoes for this salsa. Luckily, while I was down there I saw two ripened big ones. The recipe calls for 6 medium sized tomatoes. So, I made do. It was just a BLAST cutting "fun size" tomatoes. :) Haha. Salsa turned out great though! Now I have to be patient and let it sit over night! :(
