Finally, the scale started moving down! Everything still feels the same in terms of how my clothes fit but seeing the numbers go down a little did make me feel a little bit better. Still, I'm no where near where I wanted to be, or thought I would be under GHF, for my sister's wedding in three weeks.

This morning I did a 60 minute tape, alternating weights (8 to 20 lbs) with bursts of cardio; then I did about 30 minutes of thigh/butt work; and 10 minutes of abs. After work I'm taking a spin class.

For breakfast I had egg whites and a whey protein shake mixed with a banana and peanut butter. I'm having an apple around 10 am, and for lunch I'm having a turkey sandwich (1 oz of turkey on reduced calorie whole wheat bread), and a hard boiled egg. For snacks throughout the afternoon I'm going to have celery and carrots with 2 tbsp on hummus, and string cheese. For dinner to do something quick after spin I'm going to have vegetarian chili and a 60 cal sugar-free pudding pack for an after dinner snack.
