I'm still feeling a little sluggish, but managed my workout. Chest triceps and abs got a good burn. During my cardio I thought my sock was bunching up in my shoe. I made several attempts to correct it, but ended cutting my cardio short due to the discomfort. Upon closer examination it looks like I've got a plantar wart, nuts. I picked up a heavy duty CO2 treatment kit and hope it clears up soon.
