My plantar wart has been treated and on the mend. My last workout had me sore for days. Must have done it right. I planned to workout yesterday but with the heavy snow fall we got, I needed to clear my driveway a few times and also cleared my mom's drive. I was exhausted from all the shoveling. I know it's exercise. Cardio or Weights?
Today's snowfall was minor and I cleared it in no time. I even had time and energy for a good workout. I had a great burn tonight and a well tolerated extended cardio. :~)
