It's my last vampire shift of this rotation and I managed to squeeze in a rare workout before my night shift. I didn't have enough time to finish it, leaving out the abs and cardio parts. I really like my sleep. As it turned out, I grabbed the wrong workout sheet (more sleep might have helped)but a workout is a workout and I pumped away problem free. I was proud of how I pushed myself harder than usual today. I'm sure the morning will greet me with an all-over warm-feeling reminding me of all the renovations my body is going through. So far, I'm pleased with the progress. My primary goal was to become more fit. I'm now stronger having added noticable muscle weight and I'm in the best cardio shape I've been in 10 years. My comfort with the excercise routines has dramatically improved and I finally feel ready to move on to my next fitness goal. My next twelve week section will focus on improving the diet routine to lose more fat weight and continue with my strength and cardio program. 8~)

*Skipped abs and cardio due to time shortage...we'll see what I can do to balance that tomorrow.
