I was feeling a little gloomy going to my workout this evening. It's been 5 straight days of snow and the associated shoveling that goes along with it. As gloomy and inconvenient as the snow can be, I chose to look forward to getting enough snow for the hills to open up. I'm feeling good physically and look forward to improving my snowboarding skills. I've been a beginner for five years, primarily because I was out of shape and didn't have the stamina to put in the board time needed to improve. This winter will be different.
Tonight I worked out my chest, shoulders and triceps and felt good throughout. My cardio also went well with my foot mending well.
This is my last week of this phase and looking forward to finishing it up so I can start up the next 12 week session.
