It was nice to get back in the Gym last night. The university has did a great job, it's 4 x bigger with more space between machines with more weight and cardio gear. I got all my weights in. I improved my Tricep Bench Dips and Bench Press, probably due to my Snow Shoveling Program. I skipped the cardio so that I could get home and shovel some more snow.
I discovered a new upper body exercise yesterday. The power steering belt blew on my car. Steering by Arm-Strong proved fatiguing and my arms and shoulders are really feeling it. I got it fixed today. Oh yeah, we're on a winter storm watch and they're forecasting lots of snow over the next 2 days. My upper body is going to throb.
