Roller coaster few days. Just missed the big snow storm & got 15cm/6in instead of the 30-40cm/12-16in they got just south of here. Still, the snow was wet and heavy and compressed into a glacier. I'm sure I saw a pachyderm in the ice as I shoveled out this morning, but I could be wrong. It took 1 1/2 hr to get out of my driveway making me really late for work (Unofficial Workout). Fortunately, everyone else was late also.

Well I just completed my 1st 12 week program and feeling good. I believe I've added muscle and reduced fat even though I just lost 5lb total. The big picture is my cardio has really improved, I'm down a pant size, jiggle less and am stronger than I was 12 weeks ago and that is just fine. I look forward to the next 12 weeks continuing with the weights and cardio and improving my meals.
