Hope everyone had a nice Christmas/Holiday. My holidays were mostly spent working, so I was well behaved in the diet arena.
It's been a week since my last regular workout and even longer since I had one with a cardio component, so it was nice to get back on track. I got in a good workout with my brother again. Always a treat to train with someone you can trust. I redid my last workout due to my lapse in routine and lapse in memory. I forgot my exercise list, duh. We got in a good burn and finally got in a good cardio. I fared better than I had anticipated given the training gap, so that's got to be a good sign.
