I finally got a 2009 workout in. Between work, the holidays and reduced gym hours these past two weeks I was getting a little frustrated about missing so much time. Tonight's workout was a little rushed and I ran out of time and missed my cardio. Thankfully tomorrow everything is back to normal hours and it's back to the routine.
Tonight's was shoulders and chest specific. My arms were vibrating like a sewing machine needle. It was really challenging doing the bench dips with all that shaking. I'm feeling the warmth in those parts as I type this. Ahhh, the comfort of warm muscles. I can hear them "Thank you, thank you very much".
