If I had a lisp, I'd be crying out I am Mighty Thor! These BB workouts are really challenging me. Until I adjust to this program, I'll need to do my cardio on days I'm not doing weights. I started my workout still sore from two days ago. I finished and then I was finished. I needed a nap, then I woke up refreshed and committed to this challenge... and Mighty Thor 8-p
