I'm appreciating this new program for it's challenges. Every exercise comes with a primo burn and the Break-downs were interesting. I'm spent when I'm done the weights, but today I managed to squeak in a short cardio, something I wasn't able to do in the last five workouts. One day at a time, I'll get it done.
