I'm getting a bit behind. I had a few family and home matters to deal with and missed my weekend workout. I got one in before starting my night shift this evening to finish up last weeks commitment. This was full of Break Down lifting and I'm feeling it right now in a rewarding way. Yes those are tears of joy, just don't touch, please.
