My last workout with my brother provided daily reminders for 3 days. Even my brother commented on getting the best burn he had in years. He was looking forward to joining me today. We were short on time so we didn't get in a full workout, but it was quality and at a good pace. There is something to be said about having a good/compatible training partner.
