I attempted a morning of snowboarding after a 2 year absence. I probably looked drunk as I wobbled and crashed, repeatedly. I expected to be a little rusty on the slopes and according to the kids on the hill, I was also entertaining. Well, nothing broken, just bruised and sore. I did have extra energy to try and try again so I'll be back to give it another go. My goal is to make snowboarding improvements this winter. After a nap I got out for a workout but skipped a few exercises. I got a great burn in the shoulders and chest, just sore enough to mask the aching butt and hips I got from my boarding techniques.

Plenty of fresh air, laughs, a good shoulder and chest burn and no ambulance...a perfect day 8-)
