I had an intense workout with my brother today and it felt really good. My younger brother has always been competitive. Last August he returned from the World Dragon Boat Championships in Malaysia with 2 silver and a bronze. I mention this to note he has exceptional upper body strength and endurance, so, it was a true compliment to hear him express the progress he has seen in my workouts and my fitness level. Today's chest and shoulder workout challenged him and I wasn't far behind in reps or weights. Cool. I even got in a cardio, something I need to fit in more often. I find the workouts are bigger and take longer so I'll need to figure out how to make my limited time fit in more consistent cardios. An other challenge to conquer. It was a good day.
