I'm glad this two week session of night shifts is over, it really beat me up this time round. I normally tolerate the nights better, but I required so much more sleep this time round.
I had the pleasure of working out with my brother again, so it was a good burn with some noted improvements with my shoulders' ability.
Looking forward to two weeks of day shifts.
